The Oxalic Acid Evaporator simplifies the process of applying oxalic acid to beehives to combat mite infestations. By following these simple steps, you can effectively protect your bee colonies:
1. Fill the vaporizer with the recommended amount of oxalic acid.
2. Place the evaporator on the beehive sheeting.
3. Cover the evaporator with the rim/shim, ensuring all openings are closed securely.
4. Replace the top cover of the beehive.
5. Connect the vaporizer to a DC12V battery.
6. Put on a respirator for personal protection.
7. Activate the evaporator to release the oxalic acid vapor, effectively eliminating mites and promoting hive health.
